We want you and your pet to be completely happy with your purchase. If you're not satisfied, here's how we can help:

Returns: We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging. For hygiene reasons, pet beds, feeders, and water fountains that have been used cannot be returned.

How to Start a Return: Email us at [your email] with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 2 business days with return instructions.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items: Sale items and gift cards are final sale.
